Assessment Plans at EFSC
Plans for gathering evidence of student learning include course and program specific approaches. These assessment plans include information regarding how student learning will be assessed and the associated student learning outcomes, data collection tool recommendations, the determined use of results, and the timeline for implementation.
General Education/A.A. plan
The General Education/A.A. student learning outcomes will be assessed and associated data reported during Fall and Spring terms. The academic disciplines in the program will gather to discuss the data and recommendations for use of results each Fall term; the A.A. Plan Review Team will meet each Spring term to make program-level determinations.
Career and Technical plans
Career and Technical student learning outcomes will be assessed and associated data reported during Fall, Spring, and Summer terms. The program managers or coordinators, or other appointed faculty, will review the data with other faculty, Department of Planning and Assessment staff, and/or the program advisory boards. Use of results recommendations will be reported on the plan. The program assessment plan will then be considered during the program review process occurring on a rotating schedule.
All discipline and program review plans are maintained by the Office of Planning and Assessment.
