Culinary Arts PSAV Curriculum

Important Note: EFSC's Culinary Arts PSAV is closed to new students as of June 2017. Current students already in the program will continue coursework. EFSC plans to launch a Culinary Management Associate in Science degree in January 2018 with a revised curriculum and application process posted once available.
