Specific certifications can accelerate your college credit!

Persons who hold a SpaceTEC Certified Aerospace Technician Certification may be awarded as many as 25 credit hours in the Aerospace A.S. degree. Credit may be awarded after a student has completed 12 credit hours in the program and demonstrated competency.

People who have a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe & Powerplant license may be awarded as many as 17 credit hours in the program after completing 12 credit hours of specified Aerospace Technology courses.

Those with the Manufacturing Skills Standard Council-Certified Production Technician (MSSC-CPT) certification may be awarded up to 7 credit hours - free of charge - after completing 6 credit hours in the program.
