We offer assistance in all levels of mathematics subject areas, using a combination of computer software and personal tutoring assistance. In addition, the Melbourne Learning Lab offers Internet access — for academic purposes only — on all its computers, assisting students with computer applications and enabling students to conduct research.

The Learning Lab also houses Vocational and Career Education Academic Support, which assists current EFSC students with basic skills remediation. Remediation for the Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE) is the primary focus.

There are also Core Scholar Peer Tutors available in a variety of subjects, including Intermediate Algebra, Computer Applications and English Composition.

Self-study resources are also available for students preparing for the PERT.
