Question 1: When is the Math and Learning Lab open?
Typical operating hours are: Monday - Thursday: 8 AM – 8 PM; Friday: 9 AM – 1 PM; closed Saturday & Sunday.

Question 3: How do I schedule a make-up exam?
All eLearning, make-up, and external testing for the Cocoa Campus is conducted by
the Cocoa Campus Assessment Center in Building 1, Rooms 116-120.
Currently enrolled Eastern Florida State College students should schedule exams (eLearning and make-up) online through the Student Proctored Testing Scheduler application by logging into myEFSC. The Scheduler is located in the drop down menu for EFSC Student Applications.

We do not have a list of tutors in the community. Check with the following EFSC Learning Labs for additional tutors who may be available:

Question 7: Can I make an appointment outside of operating hours?
No appointments are available outside the operating hours; however, as a registered EFSC student you may use the online, free tutoring resources at www.smarthinking.com. Your user name is your ID number. Your password is your birth date in the format MMDDYY. For example, if your birthday is June 2, 1989, your password would be 060289.
If your records are marked “confidential,” you will not have a SMARTHINKING account. New students will be registered in SMARTHINKING during the second week of class.
